Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

At Shinshiva Ayurveda Hospital Private Limited, we take pride in delivering exceptional service managed by our dedicated team. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to rectify any errors and adjust tariffs without prior notice.
Room assignments within the same category may be subject to change, and we maintain the discretion to upgrade guests to an equivalent or higher room category based on availability and operational requirements. Specific room requests are gladly accommodated with advance payment and three months’ notice to ensure your preferences are met to the best of our ability.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment and are based on a package basis to streamline your booking experience. Please be mindful that failure to make timely payments may result in booking cancellation without further notice. We kindly remind guests that we are not liable for declined credit card payments.

Refund Policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we uphold a clear refund policy. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, refunds will be processed through the respective payment gateways.
If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of check-in, unfortunately, you won’t be eligible for a refund, while cancellations made between 15 to 20 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, between 20 to 30 days will receive a 75% refund, and if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 90% refund.
